🏈 Sideline Survival: 10 Must-Haves Every Sports Mom Should Pack – INCLUDING SOME GREAT AMAZON PRIME DEALS 7.8- 7.10

Between early morning games, last-minute field changes, and keeping kids (and yourself) hydrated and sane, sports mom life is not for the faint of heart. Whether it’s football, baseball, wrestling, or softball — I’ve learned the hard way that the right sideline setup can save your weekend (and your sanity). Here’s what I always pack in my sideline bag to keep us ready for anything.

🎒 1. A Sturdy, Foldable Wagon

Perfect for hauling gear, coolers, chairs, and kids who refuse to walk.
➤ Try this one from Amazon Large Double Decker
It’s great to store chairs underneath so the wagon can hold coolers and gear! Also, I love the cup holders!

🪑 2. A Comfortable Chair (With a Cupholder!)

You’ll be in this thing for hours. Invest in one that supports your back.
➤ My favorite is this one GCI OUTDOOR Freestyle Rocker Outdoor Rocking Chair with Beverage Holder

🧤 3. A Blanket (Or Two)

Great for cold mornings, windy days, or laying out snacks on the grass. It’s pretty warm out right now, but fall is just around the corner.. check out this windproof and waterproof blanket! I am ALWAYS cold and this blanket is the best! Mambe Large Extreme Weather Hooded Blanket Black – 100% Waterproof and Windproof

🧃 4. Refillable Water Bottles

For both you and your athletes — because $4 Gatorade gets old fast.

For the athletes: Owala 24 oz – so many colors!

For me…. I love this no spill water bottle from Bru Mate.

🧢 5. Hat, Sunglasses & Sunscreen

Protect your face while you cheer loudly from the sunny sidelines.

Highly recommended for your face sunscreen. It doesn’t make your skin feel oily!

For your athletes, sunscreen!

🥪 6. Gluten-Free Snacks

With two of my kids (and me) gluten-free, I always pack easy snacks like granola bars, fruit leather, and popcorn.

🧰 7. Small First Aid Kit

Bandaids, wipes, blister pads — you’ll be glad you packed it. First-Aid Kit

8. Cooling Towels

In the summer and even some fall days, make sure you pack the cooling towels to keep your athlete cooled down!

🧼 9. Hand Wipes

Stickiness from all the snacks happen. Be ready. Travel size hand wipes!

📱 10. A Portable Charger

Because one dead phone + no team updates = disaster. This battery pack has the the cords attached which I love since I don’t have to bring extra cords!

🧡 Final Tip: Keep It Packed

I keep a bag ready to go in the trunk — that way we’re never scrambling at the last minute. Of course… the Bogg Bag.
